COMPLETED ITEMS


Introduction

The facility of registering items as Completed is not a default option in EstimatorVJ; it needs to be configured.
The following details how to do this.

How It Works

There needs to exist a column titled "Completed" with appropriate attributes, detailed later, in the 'Section Names' and 'Estimate Section' worksheets. If any of the Sections do not contain this column, then it is assumed by default that ALL the items in that section are complete.

If an Estimate Section contains a "Completed" column with the correct attributes, then ALL items with a Cost must be ticked for that section to be shown as "Completed".

Requirements

'Section Names' worksheet:
    A column titled "Completed", with the formula "@COMPLETED()", and a "Data Type" of boolean.

'Estimate Section' worksheet:
    A column titled "Completed", with NO formula, and a "Data Type" of boolean.
